SHOPPER is an annual survey of reference that analizes the circuit and shopping pattern of households and enables a description of the profile, reasons and habits of shoppers that visit different banners and retail formats.

This survey offers a systematic approach which allows a yearly comparison of the evolution of shopper behaviour among the top retailers. An opening by chain enables a comparison between strengths and weaknesses of the main key accounts.
