As part of its expansion plan for 2013, Colombian retailer Olimpica inaugurated its first Supertienda store in San Marcos, Sucre, which has a sales area of 1,733 square meters. It became the chain's seventh opening in the year and the 251th store nationwide.
“Located on 18th St. 26-92 in the heart of San Marcos, the new Olimpica Supertienda store offers its clients a wide assortment of meats, fruits, vegetables, groceries, bakery, appliances, home goods, drugstore products and frozen foods", the company informed.
With the opening of the San Marcos store, Olimpica now operates eight stores under the Supertienda format and two Superalmacenes in the department of Sucre.
